The Barwang story spans three generations and more than half a century of winemaking. Toast this rich heritage with our first sparkling wine, made solely from single vineyard, cool climate chardonnay grapes grown in the NSW Hilltops region. Barwang Impromptu immediately engages the senses with luxurious pearls of effervescence and a bouquet of green apple and toasty brioche. A creamy middle palate is an exciting prelude to a long zesty finish. This is a sparkling to enjoy with friends and pairs beautifully with fresh seafood and antipasto like Asian rice paper rolls or duck pancakes.
