Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at sales@barwangwines.com.au, providing a detailed description and photographs of the damage.

Claims for damaged or defective items must be made within 5 business days of receiving your order. We will not be able to process claims made after this time.

Upon receipt of your claim, our team will assess the damage and, if approved, we will arrange for a refund or replacement of the affected items.
