Our Shiraz draws the eye with its youthful purple hues then leads you on to the bright flavours of blood plums and black cherries. A background of toasty oak, fresh red and blue fruits gives the wine a sense of fullness and body, while the vibrant acid and a slatey tannin spine knit it all together.
