Pinot Noir 2025

Our new 2025 release, this alluring crimson red wine brims with the fragrance of red cherry and rosemary. A compelling savoury plush mid-palate captivates with vibrant red berry fruit and subtle gamey notes.

 A lighter finer tannin style of wine that pairs well with mushroom risotto, seared duck breast or herb-crusted roast free range chicken, or white mould soft cheeses.

'Vibrant, crimson-rimmed colour of medium hue... fresh, fruity-floral aroma of red rather than black berries, mostly fruit but with a deeper, savoury element too; the palate reflects the red-berry flavours of the aroma, and there’s savour, too, in the fine tannins that give the wine substantial structure.'
